Actor Imran Khan’s dog Tony, a black labrador, passed away on Monday due to food poisoning. Imran rescued Tony and brought him home when he was abandoned by his previous owner on the street.

Tony and Imran recently posed for an ad for PETA to draw attention to the plight of abandoned animals and to encourage the public to rescue and adopt dogs.
