He is apparently waiting for clearance from authorities to depart from his hotel.

“There are power cuts so we have to stay indoors. But if they allow me, I hope to join the fire fighters to help people in distress. Meanwhile I’m helping out with the cooking here,” he told Mumbai tabloid Mid Day.
