She shot into our collective consciousness when she debuted as a seductive innocent opposite superstar Amitabh Bachchan in the controversial film Nishabd. She pulled a coup with her second film too, bagging a role in the Aamir Khan starrer Ghajini. Britain-born Jiah, who is formally trained in opera and is a talented dancer as well, now looks forward to at least two more films this year.

What are you reading at the moment?
I am reading Like The Flowing River by Paulo Coelho.

A flying car.

No. I would like to experience the wisdom that comes with growing older.

To have my whole family at the dinner table together. It doesn't matter what we're eating. The conversation will always be appetising enough.
