Anderson, 45, had written to Quinn, asking her if she’d come to a campaign gala in the Big Apple on Oct 23 and hear a proposal to replace central parks horse drawn carriages into cars, reports nypost.com. However, Quinn wrote back saying: “Unfortunately, due to prior commitments, I won’t be able to join you... I know you care deeply about the well-being of the horses... the NYC Council and I do, too.”
