Choose a nude hue keeping in mind your complexion. If it's light then look for more of a rosey, pinky shade, where as darker tones can go more light brown

Avoid the match:

Choose a hue that is at least two shades away from your skin tone to create a contrast.

Fabric wise:

Anything too clingy or too loose can spoil the look. If it's a dress or a top go for chiffons, wools for jackets and knit jerseys for shirts.
