This predominantly brown-hued collection featured flowing dresses, skirts and pants paired with cropped leather jackets. Models walked the ramp sporting smoky eyes and an intricate updo.
Hemant and Nandita
Strapless dresses, blazers with lace detailing, marble washed hues and net peplums ruled the ramp for this show. A deep side part hairstyle, clean eyes and deep red lips upped the glam factor of the show.
This collection was all about mufflers and layers in vibrant hues. Long tops paired with palazzo pants and fitted neon pants, and printed scarves with a dash of gold, brought in a much needed pop of colour
A-line skirts, patchwork jackets and sweatshirts in thick fabrics gave a laid-back vibe to the collection. Models carried see-through bags, clutches and totes, wearing minimal make up and no-fuss ponytails.
The show comprised of androgynous outfits — structured and eclectic. There were prints, oversized numbers, shades of blue, black, a hint of green and high-on-kohl eyemakeup that marked the models on the ramp.
Inspired by the sights and style of Kumbh, Tarun’s collection saw jewel tones, marigold hues, knee-length neck ornaments and saris, embraced by live runway music by Sounds of Isha.
Anju’s army ruled the ramp in elephant prints, deep oxblood, stylised Nehru topis and structured silhouettes
in military colours. Full-skirts and interestingly draped saris were also seen on the ramp.
Prints paired with prints in a multitude of colours, were showcased in this collection. Models walked the ramp in full sleeved shift dresses, printed tights, loose pants and quirky headbands.
Alpana and Neeraj
The designer-duo painted the runway goth-chic with geometric cuts, sheer fabrics and fishtail finish. Metal-jewelled gloves added to the fierceness of the show as colours fluctuated from black, red to orange.
Shantanu and Nikhil
From Lennon glasses to duffel-style handbags and box clutches — the collection was superbly accessorised. Blazers, pocket squares for the men, floor-length dresses and ghera-skirts were the highlights.
The collection was high on fluid silhouettes, ruched fabrics, ombre and lot of layering, with shades of tan and sand hues. Live music was provided by multi-lingual band Space made up of Tritha, Paul and Ritika.
This collection featured lace capes, metallic sweaters, quilted pants and shift dresses with multi-thread weaves. Sheer jackets with velvet floral motifs and sequins paired with glitter shorts were also shown.
Actor Gul Panag walked for designer Urvashi Kaur. “I was very nervous but the music calmed me down,” she said.
Cricketers Murali Kartik and Dean Jones were spotted enjoying some runway action. Also seen were actor Nasseer Abdullah and party regular Tanisha Mohan.
