Taking care of skin is important in monsoon. Here's what you can do to keep your skin healthy.

Follow a strict skin care regimen: Wash your face twice a day with a cleanser containing ingredients such as alpha hydroxyl acids or fruit enzymes. If your skin tends to break out, choose a cleanser with salicylic acid instead. Follow this up with regular use of a toner.
Exfoliate appropriately: Use a mild exfoliator once or twice a week to remove dead skin cells and unclog the pores.
Steam your face and apply a mask: Steam your face once a week to thoroughly cleanse your pores and loosen debris. Then, apply a deep cleansing and pore refining face mask like a clay mask, peel-off mask or a lemon egg white mask.
Use pore minimising creams: Pore minimising lotions and creams help keep your pores clean.
Use skin care products containing AHAs and BHAs: AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy acids) and BHAs (Beta Hydroxy acids) like glycolic acid and salicylic acid are effective in preventing enlargement of pores as they exfoliate the skin, unclog pores and stimulate production of collagen and elastin.
