Jaaved Jaaferi surprised everyone on Twitter on Friday when he revealed his 8-packs — at the age of 53. Age no longer seems to be a hindrance for many of the actors from Bollywood. In fact, some of them are growing fitter and stronger as they age. Here is a list of seven Bollywood hunks who seem to be ageing like fine and very strong wine:

Jaaved Jaaferi (December 4, 1963 - 53 years)

Actor and television host Jaaved Jaaferi has found a new hobby and it involves lifting dumbbells and putting young gym buffs to shame. The Boogie Woogie host now sports eight pack abs and a toned physique at the age of 53 after a rigorous regime of four months.

Sanjay Dutt (July 29, 1959- 57 years)

Sanjay Dutt was part of the whole fitness revolution that started in Bollywood in the 80s and 90s and his physique was on full display in most of his action films back then, especially Khalnayak (1993) and Sadak (1991).

Even recently, till he was in jail, Sanju baba worked out regularly and took everyone by surprise when he emerged sporting six packs. He had initially requested to be allowed to keep dumbbells with him, but was denied permission. So instead he used to lift buckets of water while working out.

Shah Rukh Khan (November 2, 1965- 51 Years)

The first time SRK’s physique turned heads was when he released his look from Om Shanti Om (2008), showing off his six packs. That one move started a whole trend of six packs in Bollywood which continues till today.

Salman Khan (December 27, 1965- 51 Years)

Right from his first film as a hero, Maine Pyaar Kiya (1989), Salman had a great bod, and in the 90s especially, he dominated with his chiseled chest and well spaced out six packs.

Even when he has a tight schedule, Salman makes it to the gym at 1 or 2 am. One of his favourite methods of working out is cycling in Mumbai, even if it’s raining. Salman is known to be able to do 2,000 sit ups or 1,000 push-ups when working out.

Aamir Khan (March 14, 1965 - 52 Years)

Aamir has always been fit, but it was in Ghajini (2008) that he revealed a monster-like physique, for which had worked out judiciously for 13 months. Thereafter, he changed his physique for various films such as Dhoom 3 (2013) and most recently for Dangal.

Suniel Shetty (August 11, 1961- 55 years)

Suniel Shetty was on the wall of many a schoolboy as the Bollywood hero with bulging biceps using which he used to beat the bad guys to a pulp. Who can forget that scene in Mohra’s (1994) beginning where he flexes his muscles in the jail scene?

The star is still in stellar shape, as was revealed in his latest reality show, India’s Asli Champion.

Milind Soman (November 4, 1965- 51)

Every girl in the 90s wanted Milind Soman for boyfriend, and the man has simply aged like fine wine. On July 19, 2015, he completed the Ironman Triathlon in Zurich, that required a person to do a 3.8-km swim, a 180.2-km cycle ride and a 42.2-km run, which had to be finished without a break in 16 hours, to get the title of Ironman. Then 50-year old Milind completed it in 15 hours and 19 minutes.
