Nearly three months after a speeding BMW rammed into a car — killing two people, including a pregnant women — the Gurgaon police have still not filed the chargesheet in the case.

On May 5, the BMW, driven by a Delhi University student, crashed into the car near Iffco Chowk. The incident sparked national outrage.
A pregnant woman, Kshama Chopra, and the driver of the car died on the spot.
Three others in the car, including Kshama's parents and husband, were seriously injured.
The police on Wednesday informed the court that it will need more time to file the chargesheet as the investigation was still under way.
The court had set August 1 as the date of hearing after the prime accused in the case, 21-year-old Suraj Sehrawat, was granted bail on a personal bond of R50,000. He was booked under Section 304 (A) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for causing death due to rash and negligent driving.
Suraj's father, Devender Sherawat, an influential businessman who reportedly owns a fleet of 1,000 cabs.He is the owner of the BMW car.
ACP Bhupinder Singh, who is heading the special investigation team (SIT) constituted to probe the case, said, "We are conducting investigations and will file the chargesheet at a suitable time."
He, however, refused to divulge any details of the investigation or any tentative time by which the chargesheet will be filed.
The matter has now been been listed in the court for November 8.
