It was an opportunity for the aspiring professionals as well as entrepreneurs to bridge the gap between the expectations of the job seekers and the job providers, organisers of the HR Summit 2012 said.
“Today's workforce has different expectations for themselves, their employer and their work environment. This groundbreaking event has provided a forum to discuss how to blend workplace culture and best practices with the expectations of the talent pool,” said S V Nair, head of the department, Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Dronacharya College.
The event which was held at the college campus last week was attended by many business leaders, including CEOs, human resource managers and senior management officials of various companies.
“Competition provides a unique platform for the young leaders to share innovative and refreshing ideas that have the potential to make a difference in the society. The mission is to generate actions through ideas. It aims to bridge the gap between ideas and the realisation of an enterprise. We want our students to shine in the field they wish to go,” said Neelam Ruhil, the event head.
