If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, so does 15 minutes of exercise. But, by the time most of us wind up our routine chores, it’s probably time-out at most gyms. How nice it would be if you could exercise at your convenience? With one of US’ largest fitness center chains, Anytime Exercise, coming to India soon, gymming will fit your busy schedule and on-the-go lifestyle. And it will be open 24x7.

The club, which already has 860 centres, is planning to start with nine in India early next year. Though it’s not clear if Delhi is on the radar, fitness freaks in the city are already kicked with the idea of having a round-the-clock gym. “That’s so cool. I can now come even at 10 at night and work out at peace,” says sales executive Anupam Mishra.

“By the time I reach my gym in Connaught Place from office, they’re closing. I have to hurry through the paces,” complains IT professional Saswata Biswas. And because the club functions 24 hours, a state-of-the-art security system will be in place. “If there is good security, I can always go and work out at night or early in the morning,” says DU student Shrishti Gupta.

The chain is coming up with its India-specific website soon. Its Facebook community has over 2,300 members.
