Neetu Singh’s personal trainer, Aditya Chaudhary talks about the suspension technique that can be easily set up at home or outside.

One of the few trainers to introduce this unique fitness technique in the city, Aditya Chaudhary reveals that the TRX fitness model was first adopted by US Navy SEALS. “The revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise suspends the person from the portable TRX Suspension Trainer, which can be easily set up within the home or outside. It helps in safely performing hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.”

The trainer informs that the TRX delivers greater performance and functionality than large exercise machines costing a lot of money. The TRX sets up in seconds so you can stay fit at home, the gym, or on the road — wherever you want. Considering it’s a technique used by American armed forces, is it too tough to integrate in a regular person’s fitness regime? “The TRX is more than just the most versatile piece of exercise equipment available; it’s a complete training system.”

It helps build strength, flexibility, core stability and metabolic conditioning. Aditya feels people in any age group post 16 years can do these exercises under guidance. He says, “From professional athletes who need peak performance to everyday people who just want to feel and look their best, the TRX delivers.” The trainer informs The technique is pretty new to India but is catching up like a wildfire.
