The organisers are looking for actors, singers and dancers for the remake of the musical. Says Raell Padamsee, director, Ace Productions, “Mumbai has enormous amounts of young talentwhich lacks a showcasing platform. We are looking for a cast of around 100 young adults. We also plan to cast talented people from our NGO, Create Foundation.”

People who’d like to give it a shot must prepare a minute of a song, dance or act for the audition.

“It would be great if they have some prior training, but even if they don’t, we’ll provide them with the required expertise,” says Padamsee.
