The 54-year-old actor said that he wasn't surprised that the F.R.I.E.N.D.S. star was a capable, professional actress, who dealt with a lot of physical discomfort in the movie and was a shining light through all of it.

Hawkes added that its really Anniston's film, and he thinks she, alongside their director, Daniel Schechter, led them well.
