Singer Justin Timberlake says he has no problems with acting in movies. A film is only as good as its director. And, the cast of one of the most successful films of the year, The Social Network, couldn’t agree more. Talking about director David Fincher, who is known to be a hard task master, actor Justin Timberlake in an interview to NDTV’s Anupama Chopra, says it never gets boring working with the film-maker.

"David is so specific from take to take that you have something to think about every time you do it. So, it actually never gets boring. And, he covers those takes in a short amount of time. So, it’s almost like you are running little acting sprints," says Timberlake.

In the film, he plays Sean Parker — the co-founder of Napster and one-time President of Facebook. Timberlake, who’s singing talent has earned him millions of fans, says he doesn’t find acting difficult at all. "It doesn’t change the process for me. I was hired to do a job and that’s what I do. I would say this; I think when I am on stage, it’s a piece of who I am, but it’s also a character in my mind. I’m not always performing for twenty thousand people. You have to take that into consideration as well." And, do his fans ever find it difficult to accept him as an actor? "It (acting) is not a different process for me (from singing). You would have to ask the audience," he concludes.
