Hollywood veteran Roger Moore, who played secret agent James Bond in seven films, says he did not like the latest version of 007 movie, Quantum of Solace. Moore, 84, criticised the Daniel Craig-starrer for its ‘overlong shaky plot’ and heavy use of product placement, Daily Express reported.

“I didn’t like the last Bond film, it was like a long, disjointed commercial,” he said. He also criticised his Bond predecessor, Sean Connery, saying he struggles to understand the actor’s strong Scottish accent. “Sean is a good actor, it’s a pity I can’t understand what he’s saying,” he added. Despite a great career, the actor admits there’s a part he also regrets not landing, the title role in Lawrence of Arabia.
