Orlando Bloom might rejoin Pirates of the Caribbean

has said he is in talks to star in next installment of Pirates of the Caribbean series.



The 37-year-old actor, who starred as Will Turner in the first three parts of the Disney franchise, was excluded from 2011's Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, said he would like to rejoin the series, reported Aceshowbiz.



"There have certainly been some discussions about it and I'm open to it," said Bloom The fifth movie, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, already stars Johnny Depp and Geoffrey Rush.



The production of the film is scheduled to start early next year for July 7, 2017 release. Joachim Ronning and Espen Sandberg are directing from the script by Jeff Nathanson.
