India produced a clinical all-round performance to demolish Bangladesh by 240 runs in the ICC Champions Trophy warm-up game at The Oval. Dinesh Karthik led the way with a magnificent 94 and he got good support from Hardik Pandya who blasted 80* as India reached 324/7. In response, Bangladesh were blown away by some excellent bowling from Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Umesh Yadav as they picked up three wickets each. Bangladesh will back themselves against India having run Pakistan close in a warm-up game and beaten New Zealand in a tri-nation series in Ireland. India had beaten the Kiwis in their first warm-up game at the Oval. The match was curtailed due to rain.
