Low intensity quake hits Himachal Pradesh

The earthquake hit the region at 4:12 a.m. and measured 3.3 on the Richter scale.

However, no loss of life or damage to property was reported.

An earthquake measuring 3.3 on the Richter scale was recorded at 4.12 a.m., an official of the meteorological office told IANS.

The epicentre of the quake was in the Kullu region.

However, tremors were also felt in adjoining Mandi district.
