Malaysian citizen collapses and dies at Chennai airport

A 51-year-old Malaysian citizen died of a suspected heart attack at the airport here on Monday, minutes before boarding a flight to his country, police said.

M Dakshinamorrthy, his wife and their three children had visited India on a pilgrimage and were on their way back to Malaysia when he suffered chest pains and collapsed.

A team of doctors at the airport immediately attended to him, but to no avail and he passed away, police said, adding they were probing the matter.
