Tamil Nadu: Four members of a family found hanging in house near Tirupur

Bodies of Thamaraikannan, a hosiery businessman, his wife and two sons were found hanging on the third floor of the building of his firm.

Bodies of a couple and their two sons were found hanging on Friday in their house near Palladam in nearby Tirupur district.

Police said Thamaraikannan, 45, a hosiery businessman, stayed with his wife and two sons on the third floor of the building of his firm.

On Friday, Thamaraikannan’s father alerted his friends after he did not respond to his calls. Thamaraikannan’s rushed to the spot and broke open the door, only to find his body hanging from the ceiling at the entrance, police said.

They also found bodies of his wife and two sons, aged 10 and 14, hanging from the ceiling in another room, police said.
