TN BJP’s Narendran appointed on HPCL board
The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has appointed K.S. Narendran as a Non-Official Independent Director on the Board of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL).
The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has appointed KS Narendran as a non-official independent director on the Board of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). Narendran is a senior Bharatiya Janata Party member from Krishnagiri district and vice president of the party’s Tamil Nadu unit.
“I am directed to say that the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Shri K.S. Narendran as Non-Official Independent Director on the Board of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited for a period of three years with effect from the date of the notification of his appointment, or until further order, whichever is earlier,” said a letter from the government of India to the chairman and managing director of HPCL.
