16-year-old girl commits suicide in Meerut

A 16-year-old girl, who failed in the high school final examination, committed suicide by hanging herself from a ceiling fan at her Madavapuram residence in the city, police said.
Rashmi committed suicide on Monday when she was alone at home, the girl's father Hariom Sharma said.
Police have sent the body for post-mortem, they said.
