Two people were arrested inside an army cantonment area in Jharkhand along with a huge cache of explosives, police said.
"Maqbul Ansari was arrested inside the army cantonment of Ramgarh with 50 detonators, 10 gelatine sticks and fuse wires. The army later handed him to the police," Additional Director General of Police GS Rath said.
He said on integration another person Mazhar Ansari was arrested.
According to the police, the arrested hail from Jamira village of Rajrappa locality of Hazaribagh district.
They are being interrogated for possible links with militant groups. Police are also investigating involvement of insiders in the illegal trade of explosives.
