State health department officials said Yasmin Hussain, 60, died on Tuesday at her residence while Dilipbhai, 65, a resident of Udaipur, died at a private hospital in Ahmedabad on Wednesday. He had been shifted to the Ahmedabad hospital on Tuesday.
Last week, Manhar Dodiya, 52, died in Rajkot.
Between August 2009 and February 2010, more than 275 people had died due to swine flu in the state and about 1,500 had contracted the disease.
Cases of swine flu are flooding in from other parts of the country also.
On Tuesday the first swine flu fatality was reported in Rajasthan at Bundi.
In a fresh case in Coimbatore district, a two-and-a-half-year old boy tested positive for swine flu on Wednesday and was admitted to Government Medical College Hospital.
The boy developed symptoms of the disease for the past few days and was referred to a city hospital, where he had been kept in an isolated ward, hospital sources said.
Besides the boy, there are six swine flu cases in the hospital. Two patients will be discharged by Thursday, sources said.
In Tamil Nadu, 33 people have been affected — 18 in Chennai, 11 in Coimbatore and one each in Tirupur, Cuddalore, Tiruvallur and Tiruvarur. Till now, only one death has been reported – that of a 75-year-old farmer in Tirupur district.
"On Tuesday, we recorded 19 cases in Bangalore alone," said Chandrappa Malaji, joint director, communicable diseases.
With this, the number of confirmed cases in Karnataka has gone up to 105.
