Two of the three were identified as Gurpreet Singh and Sandeep and were arrested while they were attempting to flee to Nepal, official sources said.

They are allegedly involved in the blast in a multiplex at Ludhiana on October 15 in which at least six people were killed and 25 others injured.

They are also allegedly involved in transporting deadly RDX into the state, a consignment which was caught by the local police few days ahead of the explosion.
