"After getting information from the Delhi Police about a threatening message mailed to the Congress president and Delhi Police Commissioner, a police team raided a cyber cafe at Korra locality here and detained three persons," Hazaribagh SP Pankaj Kamboj told reporters in New Delhi.

"The hard disk and net-working system of the cyber cafe were seized. It is too early to tell about the contents of the message as verification of records is on," he said.

The cyber cafe was sealed, he said, refusing to divulge the names of the detained persons.

The raids were conducted last night, the SP said.
