The militants lobbed the bomb at Langol View Hospital at around 3 pm, injuring the four persons who were near the building.
The injured included a driver of police department and an official of Deputy Commissioner's office, Senapati, they said.
The attack could be over some monetary demands from the private hospital by some militant outfits, sources said.
