Mawana Sugars Indian Open marathon is not like any other run.

Mawana Sugars Indian Open marathon is not like any other run. It is dedicated to more than one social cause. Five thousand people will be out running Sunday for a purse of Rs.15 lakhs.

The 21st edition, like the previous three marathons, will take the route that is likely to be the course for the Commonwealth Games marathon, beginning from Princess Place.

The participants will run around the circular course of 10.49 km four times for the main marathon and twice for the half-marathon.
