"After an inquiry Army Chief himself recommended CBI probe (into the scam)... amred forces are against all types of wrong doings, " Antony said.

"Whenever we find wrongdoings, we always take action. Actually, when the incident took place, I got a complaint from a Lok Sabha MP.I sent it to the Army Chief for an inquiry. After an inquiry, Army Chief himself recommended for a CBI probe", Antony told reporters on the sidelines of a function in Thiruvananthapuram.

Antony declined to make any statement on the Congress stand on the opposition demand for resignation of Union Telecommunication Minister A Raja over 2G Specrtum corruption charge.

"I will respond to that tomorrow", when reporters persisted for reply on the Congress stand on the Raja issue.
