The date of admission test for other courses has not been declared as yet. However, it is expected to be held by mid-July.
According to Director, IPS, Prof GK Rai the pass-outs of the food technology and nutritional sciences course of the institute have been absorbed as dieticians by renowned organisations like Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital while PGDCA candidates have secured jobs in organisations like Glaxo, Parle, Britannia, and ITC. Around 80 percent students have got placements although the Institute did not organise any placement interview. The students have been offered jobs during the project works undertaken at different organisations.
Prof Rai said that admission forms for professional courses including Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA), Diploma in Information Technology ( 1 year ), Diploma in Computer Application ('O' level), Certificate Course in Hardware Maintenance(CHM), Certificate Course in Computer Aided Financial Management (CAFM) and Certificate in Computer Application (CFA) are available at the Centre of Computer Education, IPS, Science Faculty and Women's hostel.
Prof Rai said that forms of M Sc (Food Technology) and M Sc (Nutritional Sciences) are available at Centre of Food Technology.
