Deputy Prime Minister LK Advani is slated to campaign for BJP candidates in Kerala on May 7, covering Kasargode, Kannur and Kozhikode constituencies, a BJP release said here on Wednesday.

Stepping up the party's electioneering, BJP president M Venkaiah Naidu would visit the state capital on April 24 to address election meetings of the party nominee and Union Minister O Rajagopal and the candidates in Mavelikkara and Muvvattupuzha seats the next day.

Other top leaders expected to be in the state for electioneering include Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi and Union ministers Yashwant Sinha, Jaswant Singh, Rajiv Pratap Rudi and Swamy Chinmayanand and former cricketer Mohinder Amarnath, the release added.
