Security has been tightened at Patna Airport, railway stations, bus stand and all important religious places after taking serious note of these incidents, ADG (headquarters) U S Dutt said.

At least 24 Eastern Frontier Rifle (EFR) jawans were killed yesterday after ultras overran their camp at Silda in West Midnapore after setting it on fire.

"All the security personnel have been asked to keep a close watch on the anti-social elements," he said.

Meanwhile, the police headquarters cancelled the leave of its personnel till February 26.

"We do not want to take any risk and therefore, a circular has been issued in this connection," Dutt said.
