Mohammed Jubraeel Khan, who worked as Anees Ibrahim's cook in Karachi and had told a Delhi court that his employer's brother -- underworld don and main accused in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts Dawood Ibrahim -- lived in Pakistan, has moved for bail.

The application, moved through counsel Asghar Khan in the court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kamini Lau, will come up for arguments on April 25.

Khan, in judicial custody till April 27, was arrested last week from the IGI Airport, on his disembarking from a Karachi flight, for allegedly travelling with fake documents.

On April 13, Khan was produced before the ACMM in New Delhi, and told her that Dawood continued to live in the Pakistani port city of Karachi, with his brother and other wanted persons.

Khan also gave investigators details of Dawood's residential address in Karachi, adding that he had been thrown out of his job as a cook after Anees discovered he was suffering from a deadly disease.
