Talking to newsmen here, Pachouri said the BJP government in the State has failed on all fronts. The rural people were getting erratic electricity supply and the condition of roads was pathetic, he said.

He said the law and order situation has also turned worse and according to a survey MP topped the chart in atrocities against children. Pachouri said the crime against dalits and scheduled tribes have also increased manifold in the State.
He said that the situation has come to such a pass that even the MLAs were not safe and recently BJP MLA Kishorilal Verma and his wife were murdered.

Pachouri said Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has made some 735 announcements relating to development. Of these, 454 have not yet been implemented, he said.
