Ram Pradhan committee had probed the police's and government's response to the attack, but government has not made its report public.

Petitioner V P Patil, whose PIL on the terror attack is already before the court, has now demanded that Pradhan report be submitted to the court.

He has also sought a copy for himself.

The government had tabled 'action-to-be-taken' report before the state legislature, refusing to produce the committee's report itself, saying it contained some sensitive information.
