“I on behalf of the people of my state and my cabinet colleagues mourn the death of a great stalwart”, the chief minister said, recalling Singh's contributions during his tenure as the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh. "He was instrumental in various developmental activities of the state which the people will remember in the years to come," Dorjee added.
