Azad nominated as leader of opposition in Rajya Sabha

Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) president and MP Saifuddin Soz expressed happiness over nominating Ghulam Nabi Azad as leader of the opposition in the Rajya Sabha.

Soz congratulated Congress party high command for taking this decision. He said Azad deserved this position and hoped that he would stand to the expectations of the party.

Meanwhile, in a meeting of the JKPCC held at party headquarters, a resolution was adopted, congratulating Azad for having been appointed as leader of the opposition in the Rajya Sabha.

The meeting placed on record its appreciation for the Congress party high command for having chosen Azad to be leader of opposition in the Rajya Sabha.
