Bangalore blast: 2 held remanded to judicial custody

The suspected Lashkar-e-Taiba militant and another person who were arrested for their alleged involvement in the 2008 Bangalore bomb blasts, were remanded to judicial custody till October 25.

The suspected Lashkar-e-Taiba militant and another person who were arrested for their alleged involvement in the 2008 Bangalore bomb blasts, were remanded to judicial custody till October 25.

Suspected militant Ibrahim Moulavi and Umar Farooq were taken into custody in Ajmer and Kasargod on Friday.

They were produced before First Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Venkatesh Hulagi who remanded them to judicial custody yesterday.

The low-intensity blasts on July 25, 2008 had killed a person and left 20 others injured.
