The designer persuaded the actress to disrobe for photographer Annie Liebovitz's Hollywood stars spread.
Ford accepted the role of guest artistic director for issue and set about encouraging his famous friends to strip for the shoot. But he was horrified when he realised editors were trying to cover up Jolie's naked rear.
"The picture kept getting cropped and I finally had to stick a Post-It on it in the planning room: 'Do not touch, leave Angelina's buttcrack," he was quoted by Contactmusic, as saying.
