Be ready to safeguard nation, power minister exhorts people
Giving a clarion call to the people of Himachal to be ready to safeguard the interests of the nation, power minister Sujan Singh Pathnaia on Thursday said no nation could remain safe without remembering the contributions of its martyrs and freedom fighters, who laid down their lives for the nation from time to time.

Giving a clarion call to the people of Himachal to be ready to safeguard the interests of the nation, power minister Sujan Singh Pathnaia on Thursday said no nation could remain safe without remembering the contributions of its martyrs and freedom fighters, who laid down their lives for the nation from time to time.
Addressing a function to commemorate the 60th birth anniversary of Deputy Commandant JS Pathania at Bara village of the district on Thursday, he said the state was proud of its soldiers, adding that the government was doing its best to help the families of martyrs, ex-servicemen and serving soldiers.
He added that nation would remain indebted to the people like Late JS Pathania.
