Bharti asked to appear before court on Nov 25
Bharti Yadav, a key witness in the Katara case, was directed to appear on November 25 before a Delhi court.
Bharti Yadav, the elusive key witness in the Nitish Katara murder case, was on Friday directed to appear on November 25 before a Delhi court which did not pass any order on her plea for an in-camera proceedings during her deposition.

Bharti has sought in-camera proceedings during the recording of her statements restraining media from entering the court premises and publishing her photographs contending that she would be harassed and humiliated by the press. That would prejudice the case against the accused who are her brother and cousin, she said.
Additional Sessions Judge Ravinder Kaur fixed October 9 to decide her application.
The court fixed November 25 for her testimony after her counsel S C Bhuttan gave an undertaking in this regard.
The advocate has been engaged by Bharti's maternal uncle Bharat Singh. The counsel told the court that Bharti, who is pursuing studies in United Kingdom, will be staying in India from November 25 to 28.
The court said that all arrangements for her travel to India including the expenses will be made by the state.
The officials of the External Affairs Ministry and Home Ministry have been directed to be present before the court on October 9 to inform about the documents required to make her travel possible.
The court on September 28 had directed the counsel to take instruction from Bharti and inform when she would appear for recording of her statement.
The court has kept in abeyance the proclamation notice issued against Bharti, daughter of Uttar Pradesh Politician DP Yadav.
