Bin Laden audiotape authentic: CIA

The latest Bin Laden audiotape was posted on an Islamic website favored by Al-Qaeda.

CIA analysts have concluded that Osama bin Laden's voice is on an audiotape in which the Al-Qaeda leader said convicted Al-Qaeda conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui had nothing to do with the September 11, 2001 attacks, a spokeswoman said on Wednesday.

"Following a technical analysis of the tape, it is revealed the voice is indeed Osama bin Laden's," the CIA spokeswoman said.
