State unit president Vijay Goel has written to the election commission, seeking immediate action for misuse of official machinery.

“Many people told us that they were receiving BSES bills for September and October with Congress’ propaganda sheet attached. The sheet carries photographs of the chief minister and the power minister and information about the various inaugurations they have carried out to attract voters,” said Goel.

He said the Delhi government had a 49 per cent stake in power distribution companies and alleged that the government had planned this move well.

“The government is misusing official machinery as they are desperate and fear losing the elections. This should be stopped immediately and necessary action should be taken against the chief minister and the power minister,” added Goel.
