"Shakti and Kiran have been booked under sections 144 and 188 of the IPC for holding road shows in support of the Congress candidate from Jabalpur Lok Sabha seat, Rameshwar Neekhra without taking permission from the district returning officer's office on March 29, Gorakhpur Area City Superintendent of Police R Yadav told PTI.

Additional Collector O P Shrivastava said that they have lodged a complaint with the police on Monday stating that two actors have violated the model code of conduct.
