Were you always this curious?
Since I was a baby, I was crawling into places babies shouldn’t go or seeing things babies shouldn’t see.

Your most exciting experience?
It was when a chief in a small village in Papua New Guinea invited me, where I witnessed an ancient mummification ritual.

Your favourite holiday destination?
For pure romantic adventure and to enjoy a beauty of the place, Africa. For cultural diversity and spectacular landscape, South America.

Any message to young aspiring explorers?
Read about our past… appreciate diversity and travel. I believe that as much learning can happen on the road as it can in school.
