"It does not even fulfil the promises made by the UPA Government in its Common Minimum Programme," the former Finance Minister said as he came out of Parliament after the Budget was presented.
"There is no focus on the agricultural sector," the former Finance Minister charged, adding there was nothing pathbreaking in the announcements made regarding schemes for providing drinking water.
