Campaigning ends in Kauriram

Meanwhile, district president of Loktantrik Congress, Raj Bahadur Singh, said here his party had extended support to SP candidate Rambhual Nishad in this election. It is to be noted that Loktantrik Congress is an ally in the Mulayam Singh Yadav-led State government. Singh appealed to the people to reject communal and opportunist forces who were trying to divide the society in the name of religion. A triangular contest is on cards as rebel BJP leader Upendra Dutt Shukla is enjoying people’s sympathy Yogi Adityanath addressed series of meetings in support of BJP’s Shital Pandey and said his victory was his main aim. He even said that the SP had filed a candidate whose election was rejected by the Supreme Court. Hindu Yuva Vahini activists too are leaving no stone unturned to ensure the victory of Pandey.
