Special judge Indermeet Kaur Kochhar of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court ordered the release of Judeo and four others - Natwar Nateria, AV Mohan, Rajat Prasad and Bhupender Singh Patel - on the furnishing of a bail bond of Rs 200,000 with surety of a similar amount by each of the accused.

The accused had moved the bail applications following issuance of summons to them by a trial court in December last year.

Taking cognisance of formal charges filed by the CBI in the case last year, Kochhar had summoned the accused.

Granting bail to the accused on Tuesday, Kochhar directed them not to leave the country without the court's permission, to cooperate with the investigation and not to tamper with evidence.
