Chargesheet filed against accused
A chargesheet has been filed in a local court against six accused persons, including the mastermind Mohd Walilullah, in the Sankat Mochan temple blast case and another one related to recovery of a pressure cooker bomb from Godowlia locality here on March 7.

The district police filed the chargesheets yesterday before Chief Judicial Magistrate P N Srivastava.
The accused were charged under section 302, 307, 324 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4/5 of the Explosive Substances Act for their complicity in the Sankat Mochan temple blast and planting of a pressure cooker bomb in Godowlia area.
The investigating officials have also sought the state government's permission for prosecuting the accused persons under section 15/16 of the Prevention of Anti-social Activities Act.
The investigating teams have also submitted a list of 45 witnesses in the Sankat Mochan blast case and 18 in connection with planting of a pressure cooker bomb in Godowlia area.
The temple city was rocked by the terror attack at Sankat Mochan temple and the cantonment railway station on March 7 killing at least 20 people and injuring over hundred others.
